Kuwait Airways has announced the addition of 11 new international destinations to its network for the summer 2026 travel season, alongside a limited-period 15 per cent discount on economy-class fares to and from Kuwait.
The new routes reflect the national carrier’s efforts to expand its footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean in response to growing seasonal travel demand. The destinations include Alexandria, Zurich, Mykonos, Malaga, Sharm El Sheikh, Salalah, Antalya, Trabzon, Sarajevo, Vienna, and Bodrum.
In parallel with the network expansion, the airline confirmed a 15 per cent discount on all economy-class flights operating to and from Kuwait. The promotional offer is available through the airline’s official website, mobile application, sales offices, and call centre. Codeshare flights are excluded from the promotion.
Bookings under the offer are open from January 22 until February 15, 2026, with travel validity between January 25 and April 30, 2026, the airline said in a statement.
Abdulwahab Al Shatti, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, said the new destinations form part of the carrier’s broader strategy to diversify its route network while providing passengers with greater travel options during peak seasons.
According to the airline, the rollout of the new routes will begin on June 9, starting with Alexandria. Flights to Sharm El Sheikh and Salalah will follow on June 10, Zurich on June 12, Mykonos on June 14, Antalya on June 15, and Trabzon, Sarajevo, and Vienna on June 16. The final destination, Bodrum, will commence operations on June 17.
The summer expansion positions Kuwait Airways to strengthen its connectivity across key leisure and cultural destinations ahead of the peak travel period.
