Abu Dhabi-based developer Modon has sold all 300 residences in the final phase of its Bashayer waterfront community on Hudayriyat Island within 24 hours of launch, generating approximately Dh1.25 billion in sales.
The company said the strong response reflects sustained demand for premium waterfront residences in the capital, with 71% of purchasers identified as new customers, highlighting growing interest from first-time buyers and investors.
The final release of Bashayer features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses, and newly introduced two- and four-bedroom townhouses. The development has been designed to cater to a wide range of buyers seeking modern waterfront living.
Situated on Hudayriyat Island, Bashayer forms part of Modon's expanding residential portfolio and is centered around lifestyle-focused community planning. A key attraction is its 3.5-kilometre waterfront promenade, featuring walkable piers that provide residents with direct access to recreational spaces along the shoreline.
The community also includes landscaped parks, a fully equipped fitness centre, hydrotherapy facilities, children's play areas, and a selection of retail outlets designed to support everyday living.
According to Modon, the rapid sell-out underscores continued confidence in Abu Dhabi's residential property market, particularly for developments that combine quality housing with integrated lifestyle amenities.
The company noted that Bashayer is a significant component of the broader master plan for Hudayriyat Island, which continues to evolve as a destination for residential, leisure, and tourism developments.
Following the successful launch, Modon has encouraged prospective buyers and investors interested in future residential projects to register their interest through the company's official channels.
