I’ve also been a founder, which taught me to turn constraints, capital, compliance, and market cycles, into practical product advantages. I’m Head of Product for KuCoin EU, based in Dubai and responsible for adapting a global crypto platform to European regulatory and user-experience standards. Sitting between our EU hub in Vienna and engineering/operations teams in Asia, I use Dubai as the bridge to align stakeholders and ship compliant, high-impact products.
