The weather across the UAE on Thursday, January 16, is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). Temperatures will remain moderate, but by nightfall and into the morning of Friday, January 17, certain internal regions may experience increased humidity, with a possibility of fog or mist forming.

Wind and Sea Conditions

Light to moderate winds, blowing from the southwest to northwest, will prevail, with speeds ranging from 10 to 20 km/h and reaching up to 30 km/h in certain areas. The sea conditions will be mild, with slight waves in both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.

Temperature Details

In terms of temperature, Dubai is expected to reach a high of 24°C, while Sharjah will see a high of 26°C. Abu Dhabi will also experience a high of 24°C. Temperatures in the cooler areas of Ras Al Khaimah’s Jebel Jais are anticipated to dip as low as 8°C.
