A strategic UAE-China business partnership has been launched to help companies expand across the Middle East and East Asia through integrated legal, corporate, and advisory services.

The partnership brings together The Corporate Group (TCG), Ahmed AlRaeesi Advocates & Legal Consultants, and Win Long Guangdong Law Firm (WLG). The three organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Guangzhou, creating a collaborative platform to support businesses entering the UAE, the wider GCC region, and China.

The agreement comes at a time when trade, investment, and commercial cooperation between China and the Gulf region continue to grow, increasing demand for professional guidance on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and market entry.

Under the partnership, the organizations will provide coordinated services covering company formation, legal advisory, business consulting, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and expansion strategies. The initiative is expected to benefit startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multinational corporations, and international investors looking to establish or expand operations in either market.

Prof. Mao Delong, Chairman of Group Management at Win Long Guangdong Law Firm, said international expansion requires businesses to have both legal certainty and a deep understanding of local regulations.

He noted that the collaboration combines WLG's legal expertise with TCG's corporate advisory capabilities, creating a stronger framework for businesses seeking sustainable growth across China and the Middle East.

Ayman Al Awadhi, Group Managing Director of The Corporate Group, said entering new international markets requires institutional support and trusted advisory partners.

According to Al Awadhi, the alliance will offer businesses an integrated ecosystem that includes market-entry advisory, corporate structuring, business incubation, access to government support, and legal compliance services, helping companies establish operations more efficiently.

Ahmed AlRaeesi, Founder and CEO of Ahmed AlRaeesi Advocates & Legal Consultants, emphasized the importance of commercially practical legal advice for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

He said the collaboration would enable companies to address corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters more effectively by leveraging legal expertise from both the UAE and China.

Brent Yap Hon Yean, Deputy Director of Foreign Law Practice at Win Long Guangdong Law Firm, described the agreement as an important milestone in strengthening professional cooperation between the two countries.

He said the initiative would serve as the foundation for the proposed "UAE–Greater China Legal and Services Platform," designed to provide structured legal and corporate support for businesses involved in cross-border investments, joint ventures, and commercial transactions.

Yap added that the growing economic relationship between China and the UAE highlights the need for a comprehensive professional ecosystem capable of addressing the legal, commercial, and cultural aspects of international business expansion.

In addition to advisory services, the three organizations plan to organize joint business events, knowledge-sharing programs, and networking initiatives to strengthen commercial ties and encourage investment opportunities between China and the GCC.

The partnership reflects the deepening economic relationship between the UAE and China while providing businesses with streamlined access to legal, regulatory, and corporate services needed for successful international expansion.
