From Education to Entrepreneurship
Could you briefly tell us about your background and how it led you to start your business?
I hold an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from IMT Ghaziabad. After a flourishing career in education for nearly eight years as a Pastoral Leader, I decided to start something of my own. It has been three years since I stepped into the role of Head of Business Development for my company. Additionally, I am an NLP Practitioner and EI Coach, specializing in mindful leadership, helping young adults and women to lead with clarity and calm.
Focus on Acoustical Solutions
What does your business focus on, and how is it positioned in the market?
My business focuses on providing niche acoustical interior solutions. We work with top construction companies and interior contractors to help clients find the best solutions for noise reduction and reverberation in public areas, meeting rooms, homes, and malls. Our company, Arctic Green Decor Building Material, is a three-year-old business specializing in interior and acoustical building materials with a focus on sustainability. Our expertise lies in providing innovative, sustainable, and high-performance products for residential and commercial spaces, rather than operating as a large-scale global manufacturer.
Expansion Across the Gulf
What are your plans for growth or expansion in the near future?
We have set up an office in Saudi Arabia and are looking forward to expanding our team across the Gulf. We started with two employees and now have 15 in the front office and 32 in the back office, along with a large specialized installation team.
2025: A Year of Growth
How has this year impacted your business, and what are your goals moving forward?
2025 has been a good year for us. We are looking forward to increasing our profits by 30% by the time we close this financial year.
Advice for Entrepreneurs
What advice would you give to startups or entrepreneurs in your industry?
I have always believed in The Butterfly Effect, small, consistent, and significant steps leading to a bigger impact. Always believe in yourself and your product or service. Stay aligned with your vision and mission.
Conclusion
Riddima’s path demonstrates that success is not confined to one industry or role, it is built by embracing change, staying true to one’s vision, and creating value that benefits both people and the environment. Her work with Arctic Green Decor Building Material highlights how sustainability and innovation can reshape industries while fostering meaningful growth.
As she looks ahead to new milestones, Riddima remains committed to empowering others, particularly young adults and women, to lead with confidence and clarity. Her story is not just about business success, it is about building a legacy of purpose, resilience, and mindful leadership that continues to inspire.
