Abu Dhabi – Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape is set for a major transformation with the unveiling of Fahid Island, a Dh40 billion master development by Aldar Properties. Spanning 2.7 million square meters, the project introduces over 6,000 residences, premium schools, retail boulevards, and green spaces, all tailored to deliver an exclusive, health-focused lifestyle. The island will further solidify Abu Dhabi’s appeal as a global hub for high-end living, tourism, and investment.

  • Kengo Kuma (Japan)

  • Koichi Takada (Japan)

  • ACME (London)

  • NAGA Architects (UAE)

Each brings a distinct touch to the development’s contemporary, nature-immersed architecture.
