Emirates has rolled out a complimentary coach service for economy class passengers traveling to and from Clark International Airport (CRK), offering greater convenience to Filipino travelers flying via Quezon City.
Launched on Tuesday, the new service connects Trinoma (TRP) in Quezon City with Clark Airport in Pampanga. The initiative is part of Emirates’ broader efforts to improve accessibility and customer experience for its Philippines-based passengers.
Who can use the coach?
Only economy class travelers with an Emirates-issued ticket (starting with 176) are eligible. A confirmed coach reservation is mandatory at least 48 hours prior to travel, and passengers must book this connection while purchasing tickets or through an Emirates travel office or agent.
The pickup and drop-off points are located at:
-
New Genesis P2P Trinoma Bus Terminal (TRP)
-
Clark International Airport (CRK)
Customers booking flights via emirates.com should select Trinoma (TRP) as their origin or destination to ensure coach service is linked to their itinerary. For tickets bought through agents, the request must be added before ticket issuance.
Strategic step for regional passengers
This move aims to reduce the burden of airport transit for those based in Metro Manila and surrounding regions, especially as Emirates strengthens its operations in the country. The airline currently operates 28 weekly flights between Dubai and the Philippines, offering access to over 140 global destinations.
The initiative complements Emirates’ recent partnership agreements with the Philippine Department of Tourism and Philippine Airlines, aimed at boosting inbound travel and strengthening connectivity.
