Emirates President Sir Tim Clark has stirred excitement about Dubai’s future, suggesting that the city’s next mega-project could surpass even the towering Burj Khalifa.
“There are other things that are going to come along that are bigger and more beautiful than Burj Khalifa – we don’t know,” Clark told Piers Morgan in a recent interview.
His remarks spotlight Dubai’s continued ambition to outpace global benchmarks, building on its transformation into a global economic and cultural hub.
Clark credited the city’s success to a long-term strategy focused on diversifying beyond fossil fuels into sectors like aviation, hospitality, finance, and media. He emphasized that Dubai’s leadership has always reinvested into urban development to benefit all its citizens.
As speculation builds over what could come next, Clark’s comments reinforce Dubai’s identity as a city defined by vision, scale, and global ambition.
