Dubai: Amazon UAE has entered a new partnership with CAFU, allowing Prime members in the UAE to access a full year of free fuel delivery as part of their existing subscription. The offer gives Prime customers in Dubai complimentary delivery on two standard and five overnight fuel orders every month for one registered vehicle.
Prime users can activate the benefit via amazon.ae/cafu, unlocking savings of up to Dh400 annually in addition to the platform’s regular shopping, entertainment, and fast-delivery perks, available for Dh16 per month.
Through the CAFU mobile app, customers can schedule fuel deliveries at locations of their choice, including residential complexes, malls, workplaces, and open parking areas, adding a new layer of convenience to everyday mobility. Although the service is currently available only in Dubai, expansion to the rest of the UAE is already in progress.
Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President of Amazon Middle East, Africa and Turkey, said the partnership addresses a growing demand for time-saving services.
He noted that the new benefit “offers value worth up to five times the monthly Prime fee,” and will soon be available to more customers as CAFU rolls out across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
CAFU Founder and CEO Rashid Al Ghurair said the collaboration aligns with the company’s mission to simplify car ownership through on-demand services.
“This partnership not only enhances the value of Prime membership but reinforces our commitment to innovation and customer convenience across the UAE,” he said, adding that the company aims to scale its model both nationwide and internationally.
As the region’s first app-based fuel delivery platform, CAFU already provides users with scheduled fuel services and discounted vehicle care options through its subscription model. The new Amazon partnership is expected to broaden access and strengthen the growing shift toward mobile-first mobility services in the UAE.
