Wadi Al Shahid Tourism LLC has expanded its footprint in the UAE with the opening of a new branch in Sharjah, marking its sixth outlet across Dubai and Sharjah as demand grows for transparent travel and visa services among expatriates.

The newly launched branch is located near Rolla Mall on Rolla Road, one of Sharjah’s busiest commercial areas. The expansion reflects the company’s steady growth and its strategy to improve access to travel, documentation, and business support services in high-density residential districts.

The business is led by Shahidur Rahman, a Bangladeshi entrepreneur and UAE-based businessman widely recognised among expatriates through the digital brand Hellow Dubai. While the official operations are conducted under the Wadi Al Shahid Group, the brand has become closely associated with Rahman’s expat-focused outreach and service-driven approach.

The Sharjah branch offers a range of services, including air ticket bookings, tourism and holiday packages, visit and tourist visa processing, and access to UAE tourist attraction tickets. The outlet also provides company setup services in Sharjah and Dubai, supporting entrepreneurs through a structured and transparent process.

Company officials said the Rolla location was selected to serve residents and small businesses in one of Sharjah’s most active commercial zones, allowing customers to access essential services without travelling to Dubai.

Over the years, Wadi Al Shahid Group has developed into a multi-branch operation serving thousands of customers monthly. The group currently operates through three core verticals: travel services covering local and international flights and corporate travel solutions; typing services supporting government documentation, Emirates ID processing and visa applications; and tourism services focused on visit visas, ticketing and customised travel experiences.

This integrated structure has positioned the group as a single-window service provider for expatriates navigating travel, regulatory and business-related processes in the UAE.

Alongside its physical expansion, the business has gained visibility through Hellow Dubai, a name that emerged organically from Rahman’s digital presence. Through social media platforms, he shares practical guidance on UAE regulations, visa updates, travel information and expat life, helping build trust within the expatriate community, particularly among South Asian residents.

With the opening of its sixth branch, the company signalled plans for continued expansion across the UAE. Future initiatives are expected to include additional physical locations, enhanced online service platforms and broader global travel and visa support offerings.
