Dubai, UAE – A Dubai-based aviation company, Fly JetPets, has introduced an in-cabin pet travel service, allowing passengers to fly with their pets instead of placing them in cargo.

The service offers both private and shared charter flights on international routes, with documentation support provided through its partner Pawsome Pets.

Founder and CEO Gunawan Wahab said the company was created to ease the stress of flying with animals. “As a pet parent myself, I understand the anxiety and concern that comes with planning air travel with a pet,” he explained.

The launch comes as the global pet travel market continues to expand, with the industry expected to be worth $4.6 billion by 2032. More than 40% of middle-aged travelers and nearly a quarter of seniors are now bringing pets on trips, reflecting the growing demand for pet-friendly travel.

By managing travel documents and offering pet-friendly aircraft through partners like Jetex, Fly JetPets aims to make journeys safer and more comfortable for both owners and their companions.
