Dubai – A penthouse valued at Dh63 million was among the most expensive units sold on the first day of sales for Burj Azizi, the highly anticipated 131-storey luxury tower set to become the world’s second-tallest building. With its prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road, the development is attracting high-net-worth investors from across the globe.

Poised to redefine Dubai’s skyline, Burj Azizi will feature 1,037 premium residences, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Among its exclusive offerings is an ultra-luxurious penthouse on the 88th floor, which comes equipped with a private steam room, sauna, and swimming pool. The high-end residences are priced between Dh7.5 million and Dh156 million, catering to elite buyers seeking unparalleled opulence.

Record Sales on Opening Day

According to a sales agent at the event, over 110 units were sold on the first day alone. One notable buyer booked the entire 21st floor, securing all 18 units for personal ownership. Another high-profile investor purchased a 2-bedroom apartment for Dh19.9 million in just five minutes, while a pair of brothers secured adjacent 1-bedroom apartments for Dh13 million and Dh14 million, respectively.

The launch event, held at Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, saw a steady influx of buyers and real estate agents throughout the day. The sales extended beyond Dubai, with units being sold simultaneously in seven cities worldwide, underscoring the project’s global appeal.

A City Within a City

At 725 meters in height, Burj Azizi is more than just a residential tower—it is designed to be a self-contained urban ecosystem. Offering an array of amenities, residents will have access to a cinema, luxury hotel, supermarket, and wellness facilities, ensuring a seamless living experience without needing to leave the premises.

The tower will also claim several world records, including the highest hotel lobby on the 111th floor, the highest nightclub on the 126th floor, the highest restaurant on the 122nd floor, and the highest hotel room on the 118th floor.

Adding to its prestige, a dedicated museum within the tower will chronicle its architectural journey, highlighting key personalities and milestones through interactive multimedia exhibits. Other premium facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, yoga center, spa, business center, children's play area, and a selection of fine-dining restaurants and cafés.

Completion and Future Prospects

Scheduled for completion in 2028, Burj Azizi is expected to be a landmark addition to Dubai’s real estate market. The tower will feature an observation deck offering 360-degree views of the city, as well as a luxury retail space housing high-end boutiques and invite-only brands.

With its combination of architectural brilliance, elite residences, and world-class amenities, Burj Azizi is set to become a global symbol of luxury living, further solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a premier destination for high-end real estate investment.
