Dubai — Dubai will unveil the Ciel Dubai Marina on November 15, setting a new global record as the world’s tallest hotel at 377 metres. Developed by The First Group and operated under InterContinental Hotels Group’s Vignette Collection, the 82-storey landmark will surpass the Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road to claim the title.
The Ciel Dubai Marina features 1,004 rooms and suites with panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Marina skyline. Opening rates start at Dh1,310 per night, with premium suites priced up to Dh2,400 for high-floor rooms offering exclusive lounge access.
Designed by NORR Architects, the glass-clad structure includes a dramatic central atrium that brings natural light into its interiors. A rooftop observation deck offers 360-degree views across Dubai’s most famous landmarks, including the Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai.
The property will also set two Guinness World Records, for the world’s highest infinity pool and the highest club. The Tattu Sky Pool, located on the 76th floor, overtakes the Address Beach Resort’s previous record at 294 metres. Above it, the Tattu Sky Lounge on level 81 will host the highest club in the world.
Ciel’s signature dining venues include Tattu Dubai, a multi-level Asian fine-dining restaurant with sweeping city views, and several international concepts such as Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, West 13 Mediterranean, and East 14 Asian Buffet, each bringing diverse culinary experiences to guests.
The hotel launch comes as Dubai strengthens its position as a global tourism hub, having welcomed more than 17 million international visitors in 2024. With the opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, the city further expands its reputation for record-breaking architecture and luxury hospitality.
Bookings are now open ahead of the grand opening, with strong demand expected from international travelers during the peak winter season.
