Ras Al Khaimah - Beyond Developments has announced the launch of its new flagship project, “Evermore,” in Ras Al Khaimah, with a total development value exceeding Dh25 billion.
The project will cover more than 7 million square feet and marks the company’s first fully integrated destination on Marjan Beach. It also represents Beyond Developments’ first expansion outside Dubai.
According to the company, the launch aligns with its strategic growth plans for 2026 and supports the objectives of Ras Al Khaimah Vision 2030, which focuses on sustainable urban and economic development.
The Evermore masterplan is located opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort and features a design inspired by classic French architecture blended with contemporary elements. The beachfront development is set to offer sea views and landscaped garden spaces, aiming to create an integrated residential and hospitality destination.
Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Chairman of Beyond Developments, said Ras Al Khaimah is entering a new phase of growth driven by its expanding global profile and long-term leadership vision.
He added that the project represents a significant milestone for the company, combining contemporary design, hospitality offerings and community spaces. The development, he said, reflects the firm’s commitment to contributing to Ras Al Khaimah’s urban, tourism and economic growth.
