Air Arabia has launched a new daily nonstop service connecting Sharjah and Krabi, strengthening travel links between the UAE and one of Thailand’s most popular coastal destinations. The inaugural flight departed Sharjah International Airport on November 28, 2025, and was welcomed in Krabi by Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Transport Minister Phipat Ratchakitprakarn, alongside senior officials from the airline and airport authorities.
Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, said the new route marks a key milestone in the carrier’s Southeast Asia expansion, offering travellers more convenience and reinforcing tourism and trade ties between the UAE and Thailand. With Krabi added to its network, Air Arabia now serves three major Thai destinations, joining Bangkok and Phuket.
Krabi remains a favourite among holidaymakers for its white-sand beaches, coral reefs, hot springs and dramatic coastal landscapes. Passengers can view the full flight schedule and book tickets through the airline’s official channels.
