I’m Austrian and began my career in finance and consulting, which gave me a rigorous foundation in markets and execution. I worked across venture capital at Coros and management consulting (BCG) before moving into fintech and Web3 product roles, Senior PM at Bitpanda, Product Lead at Glassnode, and later Head of Product at Fasset. I’ve also been a founder, which taught me to turn constraints, capital, compliance, and market cycles, into practical product advantages. That path led to my current role as Head of Product for KuCoin EU.

What is your current role, and what do you enjoy most about your work?
I’m Head of Product for KuCoin EU, based in Dubai and responsible for adapting a global crypto platform to European regulatory and user-experience standards. Sitting between our EU hub in Vienna and engineering/operations teams in Asia, I use Dubai as the bridge to align stakeholders and ship compliant, high-impact products. I enjoy translating complex regulation into simple, safe user experiences and driving reliable delivery across time zones.

Leading the ongoing transformation of KuCoin EU from concept toward a MiCAR-ready, EU-grade platform. I’m proud of the disciplined execution and momentum we’re building together.
